The homeschool group we were a member of has a very diverse membership and tried very hard to to expose the children to a variety of cultures. So said the ones I was familar with. They were a significant source of participants in the recreational soccer leagues. That is what passed as exposure to others for their group. The lesson they tended to bring was one of extreme distain for the opposing team. The public school students knew half the players on any opponent team and played because the liked the game and the running and the sunshine. TP
