Damned if I know what it means. I read about the weak dollar, but it seems not to have much of an effect on me...that I can see. But some of these articles sound so gloom and doom--Argentina style. What fuels this bull market is equally mysterious to me--still coasting from low rates that seem to be staying low for the moment. You know, I'm a dope with or without Provigil. Goodnight, I'll awake after the market closes here, so none of it matters to me today.
