"Options are especially hard to take when the performance is not there. I thought the idea was that they have to be earned." That is why a couple of us, Brian and I the loudest, pissed and moaned when they gave Splinter so many options at a penny to replace the pig feed he had at Intel. I'd have much preferred them issue him restricted stock and tell him to make it gain in value in the long term because he can't sell ANY of it for 10 years. Kirk
