No mental disorder, its just a lack of understanding of war. They view the conflict more as a police matter where miscreants may do horrific things and the police are supposed to capture and incarcerate and shoot only as a last resort. It is also a form of the disease of pacifism, a nice ideology, but one who's time still hasn't come. Maybe we should just surrender as Jacob would have us do. At least the killing in iraq would stop, even if the slaughter here would just begin. mike
