I just got off the phone with ALAN.. A couple of items of interest.

Tomorrow's annual meeting is not expected to be much more than just that...approval of those items listed in the prosectus.

Two out of the 6 states are within days of being announced. Must be why the stock is reacting so well today. Kudos to Sergio's TA..LOL

CA is definetly interested and now has a champion to help drive the project thru. Given CA's fiscal problems this may be a ways off, but will get done.

Kauffman and the board will not let the company go for less than 5.00 per share on a sale.

On ALAN, amazing how the TA played out. Volume is great today. We need a closing above 1.14 for a Yeehaw!

PGLAF, also on the money on the technicals.

Let's see if GLW pulls back to fill the gap at 12.
