Do the words "starve the beast" mean anything to you? >And just perhaps had the previous administration spent a little more on intelligence and security with all that surplus you said they had, then 9/11 doesn't happen, then the war on terror doesn't happen, and so on....... Neither party got it right... what did Bush decide to do with that money? Cut taxes, not increase intelligence. -Z
