Why try to set policy based on a minority report which you admit is only rumour. Public schools have by and large served this country well.

The biggest trouble locally is that all the evangelicals pull their kids out of school, and then go ahead and try to vote evangelicals into the school board anyway and get superstitions placed into the textbooks. No wonder the teachers have such a struggle.
