I believe it's the size of the giveaway that is at issue.

That is what I also believe.....I never said abolish options!

Individual shareholders are seeing their holdings diluted because of pigs at a trough. Mgt of INTC and AMAT need to come around and work for the owners once again. We have been forgotten.

And I am not going to pack up and leave cos. I believe in; rather, I will fight to see that fairness is restored.

"I don't believe that options themselves are a problem. I believe it's the size of the giveaway that is at issue."

So size does matter, eh? (G) Also to whom the options go and at what price they are issued at are other issues. That Splinter one cent plain option situation is not pretty to look at although i assume he took less cash comp to get that. I guess its possible there is some risk--maybe one day amat will be in the pink sheets. (g) mike
