Unless, of course, they are planning on sending some Iraqi "democrats" into Africa to do their dirty work, then the blacks aren't all that important. Anyway, I have no doubt that the British will teach them just what to do -- of course, for a price. BTW, there has to be a good reason why an African-American beauty has been appointed to the position of Secretary of State -- and it ain't because of her honesty! Indeed, what better way is there of disguising one's racism than to put a black in the government -- especially an ultra right wing, fascist government? And, she's always there to do a bit of dirty work -- just like cousin Colin did at the UN -- and just like she already did at the 9-11 commission hearings. Strange how white liberals always seem to trust blacks -- no matter how dishonest they are?! I suppose it has something to do with guilt. > First Latin America, next Africa?
