Killing off 1/4 or the world's population probably would impact global warning. However, the impact of a pandemic avian flu would be much quicker and more severe.

Most of that 1/4 would probably in the 3rd world... They consume 1/10th of fossile fuels and wouldn't be much impact on global warming.

Bushists have their collective heads up their patooties wrt to global warming, blinded by greed and ideology.
