There is going to be no suit. Iif ever there is a case for NYT v. Sullivan to apply, this is it.

Ridiculous speculation.

Any suit would get dismissed quicker than you can blink.

Plus, as you point out, even if not dismissed, the discovery would be tough for Kerry to take.
