I'm glad you came into the discussion. Always trying to learn and figure out what is the best investments going forward. Yes it appears either market will do especially if you live along the coasts these days. I think you can get even lower prices in Houston but the rents are lower so it about evens out on cash returns

Your not intruding. Houston ok, there's even a lesser chance of finding these mythical condos in Houston.
