I have googled it. In 92, it was 43% with a 19% going to Perot. Exit polls showed the Perot voters were split about evenly between Bush Sr. and Clinton. But that was the first term where Clinton was an unproven president.

In his second term, Clinton beat Dole by better than 2:1. In his second term, Bush Jr. "the War President" had a measly 3% lead.
