In 1992, Clinton fought to keep Perot in the race and the debates. In exit polls, more than 16% of his 19% would have gone for Bush. In another exit poll, used by the networks, the figure was 50/50. Based on that, I stand by my opinion that Bush41 would have been reelected easily without Perot.

96 was different. Perot had no impact.
