Condi Rice has small, thin lips. Bill, I did my research before offering my opinion. I don't see "small, thin." In a class with Angelina Jolie is what I see. Particularly given that red lipstick she always wears, her lips stand out. Not outsized, but full. And her teeth are also, er, full. Don't get me wrong. I think she is very pretty, she and Angelina both. Full lips are stylish right now. images.google.com
