Only a bunch of lawyers who have been around long enough to have become state supreme court justices could follow this clear statement: A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. with this: state.il.us It's amazing that they were able to uphold the second amendment with so much gobbledy gook that only the most patient reader can bear to plow through it. At least they got the right answer.
