Pondering Kerry's choices this campaign, I came to the conclusion that his pattern is to tell tales that exaggerate his own importance. After he tells the tale a few times, he believes it. So he might seriously plan on a suit. But his friends will probably talk him out of it.

Compulsive pathological liars never give up the lie.

Kerry will claim he is right until he dies.

He will probably be buried in his magic CIA hat and have a tombstone made from rocks he will say he collected on the river's edge in Cambodia.

But before he checks out for good...Kerry will do one of two things. He will fade fade fade, or he will tell even bigger whoppers.

The one thing he will never do is give up any of his lies.
