But it's obvious why he chose a parrot. He was making a point about unity of message. Wrong. He chose a parrot head because it has meaning to a helluva lot of Americans. And he made her into parrot head mama. There was no unity in that cartoon. It was pure hate and racism. It was disgusting and your arguments otherwise are equally disgusting. You would not recognize racism if it hit you between the eyes. If you ever knew a parrot head and especially a parrot head mama you would get it. You have been wrong all day. You should learn to only fight battles you can win. If you still don't get it...go ask your black friends down south, if you have any. Show them the picture and this message. Ask them if they are insulted by a white man's attempt to paint one of the brightest, most intelligent, and most beautiful black sisters in America into a fat-lipped, blue-gummed, parrot head mama. Ask if that is racism. Wear your body armor that day.
