Sweden has just decreased the corporate tax for holding companies to 28%. All of the net profit can be pulled home by the mother company. Add to that the advantage of Sweden having bilateral agreements avoiding double taxation with most countries. And zero capital gain tax if the Swedish holding company is sold.

Let's hope that France and Germany encounter a massive wall of common sense with their destructive EG taxation approaches.

Nobody else wants French or German conditions crippling their economies.
