I guess this downgrade has mostly to do with the medicare ruling on infusion pricing? I purchased this stock when Aloxi was approved (Waited to see if the long half life had anything in the closet) but sold it during the summer. I haven't paid much attention since then (short attention span disease). I believe Peter had suggested that medicare is a small portion of the existing sales. Do I remember correctly? Any thoughts on Zofran going generic in late 06? Barr has ODT but who has the liquid? I don't have a strong feeling that fast tracked Dacogen will be approved next year so may be there will be a buying opportunity down the road. TIA.
