What to do about racism at this point in the struggle against it is in flux. Racism hasn't ended. But it is nothing like it was in the sixties when I was engaged in the movement.

Sure. I would like to help you proclaim to the world that racism started and ended in the 60s. But I know it is a lie.

Too many lily white girls who live in big houses seem to think if you can't see it, feel it, or smell it must not exist. White elites speaking to a decline in racism are as believable to an oppressed black as liberals speaking to the increase in liberal conservatism are to to a Republican.

Perhaps racism has declined some in the South. But I would hate to try to make a living trying to sell that flux in Roxbury, Mass, NW Wash DC, South Central LA, or Harlem NY.

We are finally beginning to get some blacks, Cosby comes to mind with a few others, who recognize that the slave masters have moved from the old south to the northern cities, and they have unusual names like Billery, algore, Jesse J and Teddie K. As these wised up blacks teach their brethren about oppression and show them a way out...racism will end.
As those oppressed fight successfully to end the oppression folks like Oliphant are going to get their ass kicked. They may even feel a bit oppressed...but it will really be depression that sets in as they lose their elite status.
