PRE-EMPTION WATCH: Defense should be VERY careful that they don't have some pointy-headed zealot in the JAG Corp who decides that he/she can try this Marine for war crimes-even on the idiotic idea that it would "CLEAR" him. To the Administration: TOUCH this kid and you might as well have been the Kerry administration. Fortunately, they are NOT a Kerry administration, and you'd be hard-pressed to find ANYBODY at ANY level who won't take proper care of this war hero. Had the slimy traitor, John Kerry, been elected, the kid's balls would be mounted on a pike in Washington already, and the left wing zoo would be dancing around them in a self-aggrandizing orgy-with Michael Moore making a movie about US "cruelty"...
