Bring it on Long John. Discovery will be sweet revenge. That unsigned form 180 will not matter a lick. We will finally get to see his discharge status from 1971 (oops wasn't he supposed to be discharged in 1972?).

It is a ruse to throw off disgruntled Democrats. Kerry's attorneys know he can never sue without undergoing a discovery process. He may not admit to them what is in the files, but he knows it will sink him forever.

FALLUJAH, Iraq – Marines from the 1st Marine Division shot and killed an insurgent, who while faking dead, opened fire on the Marines that were conducting a security and clearing patrol through the streets here at approximately 3:45 p.m. on 21 November.
