"Federal Reserve Chairman Greenspan, while at a conference in Germany to discuss the euro, has said those not hedged for higher rates should be prepared to lose money... "

Does Greenspan mean that those who hold euro's should hedge, or is he saying that we all should hedge for higher inflation or interest rates?

If he is talking about inflation. What's the best way to hedge.
