How can you say what major surgery should or should not have done? Reactions are individual, and there may have been complications, or Clinton may simply be pushing himself beyond his strength.

The downpour melted his hairspray and gave him a Caesar look. But he is very drawn. Won't make "old bones." I thought he looked like FDR in the last year.
