CBS have a policy about anchormen and producers picking stories for partisan reasons?

They are a law unto themselves, and answer only to Rather. The bosses above rubber stamp, but they all have the same mindset. It won't change. Viacom has an enormous opportunity here to clean house and double their ratings by pulling a "Fox," but they emotionally can't do it.
