My Doc said it wasn't easy...at all. I have several spurs as well, and they are nasty things that dig into the flesh when I walk. One is causing great difficulty with the achilles tendon. But, don't want to fix them via surgery unless we have a laser gun that will just blast the little buggers off....without injuring anything else. In the meantime, am thinking of you and sending lots of good thoughts! Trust me, I know it isn't easy to be not up to your usual 'running' self during the Christmas Holiday season. Did find that the Nordstrom Personal Shopper was a good person to know....they are really most helpful! Hopefully, they still have them!
