Slant point - UN Headquarters Expansion? A small controversy is brewing over the proposed expansion of the UN Headquarters in midtown Manhattan. Clearly the feelings over the Iraq War, the Oil-For-Food scandal and general non-support for Democracies is leading people like state Senator Martin Golden (R) from Brooklyn to lead the charge to stop the expansion.
