Constitutional Chaos by judge Andrew Napolitano is a good read on what goes on with these fed. prosecutors these days.Threatening the witnesses with 20 to life can get about whatever they need said, said imo.

Pluvia, Remember my posts everyone discounted, and the brilliant analysis of Man on the Moon, who hung the moniker on me of magicretard?

He and the others of his "Team Denial" can retard this! They are going to personally find out that Denial is not a river in Egypt.

And you haven't even heard the good news yet about all of Elgindy's nefarious links. In this case, by good, I mean even more damaging stuff to the Elgindy network.

Anyone who couldn't read the signals here just observing the site's operation will get a chance to explain their blind stupidity to a really sympathetic set of listeners. But maybe sympathetic is the wrong word, since I have never seen a set of Federal Investigators (particularly of potential treason) who would typically be called that.

We need an "Investor Blacklist", comparable to the much maligned but very constructive "Hollywood Blacklist", run by honest parties in the open with no help from the SEC or NASD, who would be the worst enemies of such a list. Any supporters for this idea out there?

We also need a list like the one Elgindy's prosecution will engender, but of pump and dump artists. We should put up their home addresses on the Web. The P&D guys are who got this stuff off to the big time races, thanks to the help of their complicit co-conspirator regulators, who decided that using professional shorts to control them would be easier than having to dirty their hands making real cases against them in Court.

Innocents beware here. The many scumbags at risk here will definitely make sure anyone they don't like is tagged by them as a felon, whether they are or not.

Rock on.
