Probably because the bottle is cobalt blue...they seem to be in short supply today. Even milk of magnesia bottles fetch some good sized dollars in the antique/collectible land....

There was one other gastly smelling perfume in the dime store...Think it was called "Here's My Heart"....it was in a little heart shapped bottle, clear, and cost 15 cents plus 3 cents tax........heheehheheheheeh

It smelled bad too when the bottle dropped on the floor...but at least it was only one bottle....not the whole box of 24 like the "Evening in PU"
