Read "The Venona Papers" or "Treason" by Ann Coulter. Joe McCarthy has been shown to be a National Hero. Keep talking, you are digging yourself into a monster hole, on that tack, I would be happy to be the person pitching the dirt in on you. McCarthy only pointed out that the Democratic Government of FDR and Truman was perforated by some 200 active Communist Intelligence Agents (the number was proved by decoded Soviet Venona wires to be 300). Kruschev credited Julius and Ethel Rosenberg and their ring as being the most important work by Soviet Agents in the 20th Century. I'm sorry they can't be dug up and executed again. One of the most notorious traitors was Alger Hiss, proved by the Venona Cables to be not only an Active Soviet Agent, but one of incalculable value. Had Adlai Stevenson been elected in 1952, Hiss might well have become Secretary of State. THAT'S Treason. The fascination of our liberal "elite" with Communism in the 30's, 40's and 50's was arrogance of a group of people who had everything in their lives handed to them. They should have been put up against a wall and shot. You want to turn this into a history lesson? I will bury you, if I get to you before the Feds. In a battle of intellects, you are unarmed. You don't deserve the right to use his name. He gave his life for this country. What have you ever done for anyone else? Bluntly, I don't care. My friends in the Military and my dead comrades didn't die for a q--- like you to demean their sacrifice. Left to the visionary leaders of this group, had you been in business in the 1960's and 1970's, there would be no Intel, no Cisco, no Microsoft, no Apple, no company of any significance that contributed to the economic explosion created by technology in this last thirty years. I saw all of your little Cabal's tricks used by their then contemporaries against these evolving companies, but thank God there were enforced shorting rules, and no Internet to be abused. I suggest you consider thanking the next soldier you see for your freedom, and the fact you can read this in English. I am, of course, presuming someone is not reading this to you.
