It's difficult to tell on the chemical weapons. Tonight on BBC news they were reporting that the U.S. had finally released the bodies of the dead Iraqis so their relatives could identify and claim them. I assume that would mean human rights inspectors also have access and will be writing reports soon. The only way you could hide chemical weapons use would be to disappear those bodies, so I guess it will all come out in the wash eventually . . . sorry about the mixed metaphor, very late here and freezing, bed would be much toastier right now.
