Moran (remember the character J.T. Marlyn, initials JTM?), the convicted former (his federal convictions were in 1991, over 10 years ago) felon cited in the book "Born to Steal" by Business Week's Gary Weiss as the "King" of the Boiler Room operators. The real Marlyn was no innocent victim however, certainly not as portrayed in the movie, and he was definitely not Elgindy. Elgindy and he were reputed business associates, hitting a couple of companies I heard stories about. In one instance, one supposedly handled the extortion of free trading shares, then passed it to other to get short after the first player had dumped his shares. I don't know how many times they worked together, if ever. It is the pattern that will be investigated to assess what has happened in fact. But I am sure we will find out about a lot of inter-relationships, including Moran, if Elgindy is convicted on all counts, then has to face a follow-up trial for treason. Presuming any part of the Louie stories are accurate, and I already know most of his stories are both true and accurate, I have no reason to doubt any of the others, nor would I expect anything less than Elgindy's trial for national security issues. Expect him to roll on the world to avoid a death sentence, literally (a treason conviction) or figuratively (65 years in Jail). I challenge you to read the posts I have put up thus far sequentially. To date, not one factual assertion in those posts has been challenged, much less discredited. I am a careful researcher, period. I have provided litigation support on the counterfeiting issues surrounding naked shorting in particular for more than five years now. I will admit to having had some fun with this. I will have more. Ultimately, however, I will achieve my objectives here, and believe me, I have them. They are about justice, however, not maliciousness. Having a chance to make some idiots soil their underwear in fear of retribution is just a bonus. A final comment. You may have thought you were 1/2 kidding, but the real fact is that you weren't kidding at all, whether or not you know it. MR.
