Paul Martin didn't make a move until she targeted him. He sat by idly watching her trash Bush, the Americans.
Is just goes to show that Canada's PM has no spine.

I see the Canadian gov't is busy listing up pet projects to spend their C$5.9 bn surplus on. Some have launched the novel ideas of returning it to the taxpayers, education, healthcare or, best or all, credits on business investment, but these don't buy votes as much as free daycare in Quebec or grants for minority groups.

Lets all remember an investment in Canadian dollars is a call on commodity prices not a vote for the Canadian gov't. Someone should tell the politicians.
