I also wonder if you all told the authorities about your corruption allegations/findings in accordance with the rules of Reg FD

I wonder just which alternate universe's Reg FD you are referring to. Because the Reg FD in this one restricts companies, not individuals, and furthermore took effect well after the AZNT story came out.

You know nothing you haven't learned from the Puggle, and he's unable to get anything right. If AZNT really had $218 million, you'd think they could pay their SEC fines, wouldn't you? And you'd think Mikey wouldn't be using a public defender in his upcoming criminal trial.

know about a $218 Million judgment to the favor of the Company, and how the judgment was obtained. I know about a Sealed Settlement with DTCC for an amount not disclosed. I know Mann fled to Mexico before he was retrieved.

LOL!!

I know the key supporting expert on the naked shorting issue that surrounded AZNT.

Mike Morrison? He's had NO luck with this stuff.

I also wonder if you all told the authorities about your corruption allegations/findings in accordance with the rules of Reg FD...

Get a brain. None of us ever traded AZNT, long or short. But we did indeed provide a great deal of information to the SEC. Oh yeah, and you're utterly clueless about the purpose and application of Reg FD. Look it up.

Sylver may be broken by the SEC, most are because they can't bear the financial burden, guilty or not. You convict him without a jury...

Huh? The SEC trial's been over for a long time. AZNT and Mad Mikey lost. Bigtime. You really should read his depositions; they're an absolute riot. If you'd taken the trouble to do that, you'd know exactly why the State of Nevada is prosecuting him.

I am going to enjoy your collective discomfort if an Elgindy conviction comes down, as it justly should.

Why should we be "discomfited"? I think everyone here believes Tony will be convicted on at least some of the counts charged against him.

I'm afraid you're just a windbag who gasses on and on, paying so little attention that you obviously have no idea who you're talking to.
