Good question?!? Ray could shed some light on the matter for you. I think, at the very least, people high up in our government looked the other way and let 9/11 happen for their own benefit. There's just too much evidence pointing in that direction. They knew something was cooking for sure, the 8/6/01 PDB tells us that. Also, anyone who understands the CIA, knows that there's no way something like 9/11 is pulled off without their knowledge. The CIA is a lot smarter than they reveal to the world. 9/11 happened with their full knowledge, and they did nothing to prevent it. Some even suggest that 9/11 was an inside job, although that's taking it to a whole other level. We do know that Bin Laden and the CIA have ties going back at least 20 years, so it's not that hard to imagine that the CIA has been covertly funding his operations and helped him pull off 9/11. Bin Laden is useful idiot for those merchants of death.
