There was intel-- just how accurate or up to date may be questionable. kerry was successful at decimating our intel and eliminating funding. The UN never would have gone in, especially with France involved. They were all making too much money. Gore? If he were pres on 9-11 arabic would have taken over as the national language, no brains and no balls.
