So obviously federal money to the states is related to state spending- or your article wouldn't be talking about trying to pinch the states. Interesting that there is no real information on some of the changes that have taken place to put the states under their monetary strain (except for the brief and specious description of mandates- boy, if you are worried about hyperbole, the discussion of mandates in your article verges on outright lies). Do you believe this article represents the truth? Or do you think there might be a little more nuance to it, and a bit more balance to be had out there?
