I believe that Peoplesoft insiders hold about ten percent of the outstanding shares. If you substract this amount out then the percentage of outsiders voting for the $24 takeover price is much higher than the 60%+ that was reported. It will be interesting to see what the judge does on Wednesday. My guess is that he will let the process play out and we will have to wait until April for a proxy fight. I wonder if the judge has the power to move up the re-election of directors. Alydar
