Speaking of which, the fracas yesterday stemmed from disagreement with the Chileans over security. Apparently, the WH is a bit paranoid and made a number of demands that were unacceptable to the Chileans. In fact, a dinner was cancelled because of WH security demands. Apparently, the WH is worried about the possibility of assassination. ted
