OT: Surprisily there are some nice wines produced here in Texas. Will never forget, about 20 years ago I was on a flight from Lubbock and the fellow sitting next to me informed me that he was a professor at Texas Tech and how he was starting a vineyard in west Texas. I listened to him prattle on about how he was going to bring the wine industry to Texas...and today we have vineyards all over the state. My two favorites are: messinahof.com kiepersol.com The kiepersol name is a funny story as to how it came about...say the word real slow before you read the history.
