I know you can't stand to admit you are wrong but you are. The D.O.I. is the context in which the constitution was written. It's a Theistic context. That really bothers you doesn't it?

"You cannot point out a single human being who does not value life for the "happiness they can eke out of it" and who wishes to "avoid suffering" within the context of their values."

Oh??? How about Jesus Christ for one? He laid His life down not for Himself but for others. Regardless your argument still commits the Naturalistic fallacy ("trying to derive conclusions about what is right or good (that is, about values) from statements of fact alone.")

"It is not ethical to condemn anyone as criminal simply because they have done an illegal act."

It's not I that is playing word games, that is your forte. Begging questions and circular reasoning are other bad habits you seem to have. How to determine what is ethical absent a Creator is the question being asked.

A criminal is someone who commits a crime or breaks a Law.

<<<it was a moral objection>>>

"But it was not a moral objection pulled from thin air but from a rational concern for property rights, and freedom from religious/political control and oppression."

Of course not they grounded their concerns for justice in the Creator who created all men equally. You have no such ground to stand on that's why moral relativists such as yourself have both "feet planted in mid air"

"Objective good DOES exist."

You had me going...but then;

"it will be an "objectivity" of a mean or average level."
Ah Yes...
"We believe in Masters and Johnson
What's selected is average.
What's average is normal.
What's normal is good." apuritansmind.com

"Future generations of rational people will be able to inhabit other planets and to leave the most brutal and violent creatures behind--all the insane who are HOLIER than others and who have racial claim--(or is it a Godly claim--far worse)--to the HOLY LAND!"....One of you sects is a MORON! Which one!?? Which one of you will win? You realize that self righteous Certainty and Hate will still be your guiding principle, do you not?"

It's sad that you are so blinded by your own self righteousness that you can't see that wherever you go...well there you are. Your Utopian ideas have been tried many times and every time they fail because they fail to account for the deep depravity and undying ability for self deception inherent in all humans. It reminds me of "Blows Against the Empire" an old Starship album I still have. "Though your masters head is blown off you have to go with it"

" If they had wished to base justice upon primitive tribal ideas of "justice" they would have said so in the bylaws."

They give no basis at all for justice, they simply assume anyone with a brain will understand the Theistic context (which they considered self evident) that is so clearly delineated in the Declaration of Independence.
