Ya know .. my favorite trick was when they changed what the word "surplus" meant.

da government was borrowing money faster than they could spend it .. so they decided to call it a "surplus."

not a single one of them said "Whhhaaatttt????." Instead they argued over how to spend it.

Now that was a Clinton trick .. but nobody said boo ..
