Mark Martin seems to be the sentimental favorite in recent years, but he's been like a millstone around MY neck! I had a lot of money on him in the season finale a few years back and he dropped a cylinder while leading towards the end of the race. It cost me a pretty penny! A couple years later Jimmy Johnson had the lead in points and Martin lost his steering and hit him in the side and drove him into the wall on the last practice lap before the start of the race. 42 other cars on the track and he has to hit MY favorite. As much as I enjoy NASCAR, I still prefer to have my eardrums intact at the end of the race. Surround sound just isn't for me.
