Dear Queen of Darkness, The absolute defense against charges of libel is the Truth.

Why do you think Kerry never sued the Swift Boat Vets/POW's?

Why didn't he produce his military records pertaining to his original discharge?

Who have I libeled? Be specific. There is no such thing as "general" libel. There is also a principle for proving libel called intent. What was the injurious intent?

An insult is not libel, it is discourse, even if not civil, but the sheeple here were never into civility.

What is libel? Calling someone a convicted felon when they weren't, and the party spreading the rumor knew it was false. What makes it libel? It was done with a evil intent to cause injury for personal gain.

Elgindy should be glad Brown didn't have a kid with my skills. He wouldn't be worried about the trial he is going through now, he would have had reason for much more serious concerns.

There are many solutions to a problem. Elgindy is a problem for which I hope the Government has a solution. That said, after exposing so many bad guys, he might be better off in prison than coming out to face his "friends". Criminals tend to deal directly with those who push them into the light, no matter what the reason.

He will be at more risk if he is acquitted than if he is convicted. He can always return to Egypt, where I am sure his brief exposure will be an adventure more than life. I hope the AUSA explains that to him with some graphic details. He will become just as much of a liability to his friends if he is acquitted, as he has been a liability to his targets, who most certainly were not all worthy of destruction.

But most of those followed Elgindy weren't concerned with the guilt or innocence of the targets, just making money. It is the Stalin philosophy as he applied it to Ukrainian farmers resisting "Collectivisation": "To make an omelet, you have to break a few eggs." The several innocent, valid companies who were collateral damage to Elgindy' machinations had to be sacrificed to the greater cause of shorting.

I'd be careful about using that argument with one of his innocent victims. You might get your face slapped pretty hard, if you were lucky.
