The indictment
or
The trial

The information that is being presented in the trial is being followed with great interest by SI members because SI was a primary venue for Anthony@Pacific. The portion of the indictment concerning NSOL bears directly on the relationship between Tony and the members of his own site, there is no doubt about that. Most of the SI members who bookmarked Tony didn't bookmark Tony because they thought he was a good guy, he was bookmarked because he provided valuable information about scams and the people behind the scams. Tony's information was good information regardless of his personal motives.

Trading against yourself is a losing strategy. If Tony traded against himself he adopted a losing strategy. None of this bears on the fact that the posts made by Pugs and company, the touts of AZNT, have no relation to this thread or to Tony's trial. The members of SI who bookmarked Tony are not guilty, the readers who relied on Tony's information are not guilty, the members of Tony's site who relied on Tony's information are not guilty. Tony may be guilty, the touts who criminally promoted AZNT are guilty, the NSOL guys are likely guilty. I am not guilty, I am guessing you are not guilty either.
