Everyone played at Davis when I was in school there. Probably the most memorable experience I had was being about two feet in front of Janis Joplin while she sang. Totally amazing. That was the year that the Rolling Stones was on tour with B.B. King and Ike and Tina Turner, I think. I saw them right before Altamont happened . . .

Just a reminder to the sanctimonious war mongers, you KNOW who you are, on the thread about hunters, the hunted, the war, the invaders, occupiers, etc.. And how SOMEBODY'S child does not always come home from war, hunting, or INNOCENTLY from school because of invaders. He lies killed or wounded with no limbs on a street or in his school because the invaders strafed some "insurgents".. A life is a life.. Especially the children.. THINK ABOUT IT Check out some links.. Google any damn thing you want concerning civilian deaths in Iraq, Geneva conventions, child deaths, wounded, etc. and compare them to what happened here.. To what happened there over the weekend or over the last month or year.. Or the past two years or so. Unnecessary death and grief happens but when it is purposeful as in Iraq. Purposeful, because YOU warmongers condoned an invasion of a non-threatening society, and JUST wreaked holy havoc on a society. On a people, on a society and their children with NO regard for their well being.. It is NOT excusable at ANY MORAL level.. From yourself to whatever, whoever you supposedly revere.. You have some answering to do.... Think about it..
