You might want to review Tony's very own posts on SI. He proclaimed he was an agent of the MTHO, an al Qeada "humanitarian aid" front utilsed by the KLA in the Balkans. Elgindy even financed the transport of high level KLA members (Rexhep Hoti) into the US with funds he raised on SI under the guise of "humanitarian aid". He led SI members to believe that he was saving the lives Albanian refugees with this money.
Beyond his own admissions, his father was an executive board member of both Global Relief and Benevolence Intl., two more bogus charites set-up to finance terrorism. His father formed even more orgs for global terrorist, Mohammad Salah.
The FBI claims that Salah helped finance Hamas terrorist activities, including the purchase of weapons used in attacks against Israelis. This very same Salah was appointed by Hamas leader Musa Abu Marzuq to be responsible for Hamas’ Iz Al-Din Al-Qassam Battalions. Abu Marzuq provided Salah with $300,000 that was to be distributed among the leaders of Hamas’ Iz Al-Din Al-Qassam Battalions in the West Bank and Gaza. It was on his way out of Gaza when Israeli security forces arrested him. He was just recently arrested again in Chicago with Abdelhaleem Ashqar. They were charged with racketeering conspiracy. A warrant was also issued for Mousa Abu Marzook, a fugitive living in Syria.

Why do you define disclosure of these facts, "insinuation"? Was Tony the agent of a al Qeada humanitarian front run by the KLA? Yes, he was and posted he was on SI. Is his father involved with such charities/fronts? Yes, in fact his father sat the executive board of Global Relief & Benevolence International, two charity fronts that were shut down for financing terrorism. In fact, Global Relief & Benevolence Intl. are co-defendants of bin Laden in the 9/11 Motley civil suit vs. the financiers of 9/11. Did Tony's father form simiar orgs for global terrorist Mohammad Salah? Yes. So where do you get that these facts are bundled-up examples of "insinuation"?

I won't even get into his brother serving as a AMC director with Sami Al-Arian, or Khaled joining with the other off-shoot orgs of Sami Al-Arian's IAP to petition on behalf of the Holy Land Foundation, another bogus charity front financing the terrorism of Hamas. I think certain posters here are examining the facts and asking questions. You, on the other hand, seem to desperatly want these facts quashed, particularly from SI where Tony's criminal enterprise thrived.
