I don't think many straight men will be eager to see the movie. Those who walk into it unknowingly will not be happy. Financially the movie will be a disaster.

Pretty much all men are repulsed by the sight of homosexual acts, it's not just the Christian right. I don't care what people do behind closed doors, but I don't want to watch it.

I can't imagine what sort of life experiences someone like that must have had, in order to think a movie could change your sexual identity. I remember having a crush on little Craig ********* in 1st grade, and it was boys boys boys ever after that. All the women I know (except for my daughter's godmother, who is a lesbian) knew from very early that they liked men (boys to begin with). My daughter's godmother knew she liked women. I could have seen a lesbian movie every day of my childhood, and I don't think it would have interfered with my sexual orientation.

I guess people might choose to act out behavior in order to experiment, even if they weren't truly oriented to their own sex- but who cares? Seems harmless enough to me. My best friend claims that men really ought to be sexually matched with other men, because then they'd have a partner with something near the same sex drive (I take it from this that her partner is rather demanding in the bedroom).

I guess that's one of the benefits of religion. It gives you a real concern for what other people to with their genitals. Gosh, we're really missing out on something. not
