Tony is NOT being charged with boarding a commercial flight using a fake ID, nor with lying to authorities, in the current Superceding Indictment.

So, it looks as though matters such as this are reserved for confirmation from witnesses who may have known Tony's reason for using a false name, who may be testifying in the current trial, and may know the reason for booking a ticket to San Diego via Phoenix stop-over, from a lesser known Long Island airport. Where did Tony pick up the ID's? And where did he get the spending cash? Basically, however, it appears Tony has suffered for the deed, since he was thrown back in the slammer in April and remains there through the trial, instead of in a nice hotel room with his wife and children gathered around.

What are the top theories on this one? While I think the elaborate 9-11 theories are talking points only for imbeciles..the topic of this story on the other hand will actually be part of the trial
